Will I Be Able to Get a Permit and Build From the Construction Plans?

Yes. The Construction Plans include the all the necessary information to apply for a permit and build from. In the event that your local building official requires additional information rest assured that every set of Construction Plans comes with our Guarantee.

How Long Does It Take?

Most projects take 2-4 weeks.

What If I Change the Design?

No problem. Our price includes as many revisons to the design as you need to get it just right. The only time it would cost more is if you switch to a completely different design. Don't worry, though, because we discount the price 50% if this happens.

How Do You Figure Out Project Square Footage?

Simple. Just take the total amount of square footage that you are building new, adding or renovating. For example, if you are looking to build a new home and have found plans that you like that are about 2,400 SF then we would use that number. If you are building an addition that is 20' x 30' then we would use 600 SF.

When Do I Make Payments?

50% of the total fee is due when your project starts. The remaining 50% is due once the Construction Plans are complete TO YOUR SATISFACTION. Remember that our Guarantee ensures that you will never pay extra to get the plans you need to build.
